All orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 working days (excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 8 a.m. will be shipped on the same day.
Please check the contents of your order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. Do not open the lens bottle first. Please check the condition of the contact lenses from the bottom of the bottle under the light to see if there is any serious damage to the lenses (tearing or uneven pattern).
